It's October and with it comes a huge list of epic greatness. In case you haven't read the intro to this thing, I'll be counting down 31 of the greatest Charles Band movies. Keep your internet dials tuned to Mr. Gable's Reality DAILY for new and exciting Charles Band goodness. I'll begin this countdown with TEN Charles Band movies that I have yet to see. I've seen the trailers and I gotta say...I am impressed. So let's do this thing...

OH LOOK OUT! Demi Moore in 3D! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
(note: Parasite is Demi Moore's first starring role. And probably her best one)
I've been wanting to see this movie for awhile. Not just because it's a Charles Band movie but because it looks just completely badass. Unlike the majority of his films this looks like it tries to be genuinely scary and really gory. And AWESOME! And this is full on 80's Charles Band...back when the special effects were top notch and the storylines weren't as silly.
Parasite has a lot of potential here for some good gore. It appears that the "parasite" gets inside you and grows. Then it explodes out of your stomach. (It's not the chest so its not a ripoff of Alien) And from there it looks like it either flies at your face or it just kind of wiggles on the floor...presumably stomped on and destroyed before it can do anything cool. But in any case...the exploding stomachs and parasite face rapes will be outstanding in this movie. I can't wait to watch it.
